We currently have a distribution network that services the United Kingdom, Dubai, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, Ireland, France, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic and Australia. Our distributors keep a range of Innovative FOTO products on hand as well as a stock of repair parts to support photo booths after they are purchased.

If there is not a distributor in your immediate area, our US office will work with you directly.

Can your Photo Booths be converted to 220/240v?

All of our photo booths are built to operate on either 110v/60hz or 220/240v 50/60hz.

What happens if my photo booth has technical issues?

We warrant all new products are free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. A full-time technical support staff is here 362 days a year to assist you with any and all technical issues.

What are the payment terms or options?

Wire transfer is the method of choice, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the order with the balance due one (1) week prior to shipment. Credit Cards are also accepted.

Are the photo booths packaged so they arrive safely?

We have been shipping photo booths internationally for over 15 years. Our professional traffic department excels at loading containers so that your photo booths arrive showing little, if any signs of the long voyage. We use heavy duty plastic covering, sheets of cardboard, heavy duty bubble wrap and in some cases even lumber to secure the cargo. In order to maximize the space in the container and reduce your shipping costs, we normally do not crate each individual booth for container loading purposes.

Who handles the freight or organizes transport?

We work with reputable freight forwarders who can handle your air or ocean shipment from the factory to the appropriate port or even right to your door if you choose. We can secure all shipping quotes for you and monitor the shipment from the time it leaves to the time it arrives at the destination.

You may also arrange your own transport on a "pick up" basis.
