Linux Software Engineer

Experienced software developer on Linux (Fedora / Red Hat preferred) with 5+ years of recent, active software engineering experience and at least 2 solid years developing on Linux. Candidate must be fluent in C and shell scripting. Prior development experience in at least one of the following technical areas is required: device drivers, video capture, video codecs, image processing, printer page layout languages (PCL, PostScript, etc.), wireless LAN and WAN communication. GUI development experience using Clutter library would be a huge win, or alternatively experience developing GUIs for GNOME 3, MeeGo, Maemo, or Moblin would be beneficial. Experience developing multi-media applications is also a strong plus.

The successful candidate will become part of our small, dedicated team of software engineers developing a compelling new user interface for consumer-oriented products. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to aspects of product architecture, developing design specifications and reviews, software development, and post-deployment monitoring and performance analysis to ensure project success and for continuous product improvement.

In addition to technical development skills, the successful candidate will be passionate, self-driven, and bring a strong sense of ownership to their work – an insightful and practical person who collaborates effectively with engineering peers as well as less technical team members from business development and creative services team, to bring a heightened level of fun, sophistication, and innovation to our already-successful line of photo booths.

Regional Service Manager (Northeast)

We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to come join our team. As part of our team, you will contribute to the service management of all company products in the field including the installation, maintenance, repair, de-installation and transfer of Company equipment in order to increase both Company revenue and customer satisfaction. Extensive travel throughout the Northeast Region (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA WV, OH, IN & MI).

In support of our goals, you must be ready, willing and able to plan effective visitation patterns and schedule travel by car or air in order to visit customer locations and work with our field techs. Analyzes assets in the field to determine effective servicing plans which include route analysis and ongoing evaluation. Develops, engages and manages independent service reps as needed and manages that ongoing relationship, altering or ending contractual services as necessary. Monitors equipment performance to ensure desired service levels are being provided. Serves as point of contact with field reps, customers and internal company personnel on any service related issue or question. Works in partnership with Regional Sales Manager to best support our existing customers, ensuring timely and responsive service from the field. Monitors cash deposits and reports by field techs and may perform random audits. May coordinate the field testing of new technology and equipment within the region.

The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, compliance with tight deadlines, and demonstrated knowledge of technical service delivery are required. Direct experience with customer interaction, relationship building, and understanding of customers' service requirements in a fast paced ever changing environment is also essential.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the vending or amusement industry is required, preferably in related discipline.
